It is a weekly/monthly food delivery service consisted of 3 main courses + 2 snacks brought to your door step 5 or 6 days a week. It is prepared by a team of highly qualified professionals from vast variety of fresh and organic ingredients.

There is nothing boring about that. As a matter of fact, it will make you feel like you are dining in a 5 star restaurant.

Caring about everyone’s well-being is our priority. In order to bring you closer to your goals, we organize and suggest several physical activities that you can get involved in. Don’t like going to the gym? No worries, you can try tennis or spinning classes. It opens the door to meeting new people and building new friendships.

Packages offered are based on calorie counts. But that’s not where the story ends. It is fundamentally important where these calories come from. We don’t believe in strict diets that allow you to eat only two food groups. Or those ever-so-popular ‘low carb diets’ which show results in weight loss very quickly but are not sustainable.

Good ‘complex’ carbs. And lots of them. There is a mountain of scientific evidence which proves that High Carbohydrate Diet is the healthiest diet of all. It has been shown to reverse heart disease, reverse diabetes, prevent a plethora of chronic diseases and to lead to weight loss.

WHAT IS REGIMENT?

Regiment is a life style that combines food, exercise and wellbeing in general.

Regiment is a weekly / monthly food delivery service provides you with 3 meals + 2 snacks a day.  All food is organic and home made by highly qualified chefs. It combines healthy food with gourmet taste, so you don’t have to compromise on eating healthy and delicious.

Regiment also keeps you moving. Whether it is a gym session with one of our personal trainers, a yoga class or a tennis lesson, Regiment can organize it for you.

WHO IS BEHIND REGIMENT CONCEPT?

Regiment a family run business that opened in JLT in June 2015.  

We are a very small team of professionals and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts.  Our focus is on educating people about the importance of proper nutrition and an active life style.

WHO ARE REGIMENT CLIENTS / MEMBERS?

Everybody is welcome to join Regiment, however the target people are those who are:

  • trying to improve their eating and exercising habits.
  • determined to maintain results they had already achieved.
  • Gym enthusiasts.
  • Busy business people who lack time to grocery shop and prepare healthy meals.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A MEAL PLAN?

There are two ways to sign up:

  • Follow the link on our website RegimentLifestyle.com and complete all steps required.
  • Give us a call and we will arrange to meet with you and finalize the sign up process (050/5085128).

We prefer option 2. That way we can get to know your needs better and custom make your plan accordingly.

IS IT REALLY ORGANIC?

Yes, and we are very transparent about the source of our ingredients. We only work with a few suppliers in Dubai who can provide us with organic fruits, vegetables, grains and organic free range meat.

IS REGIMENT A DIET?

No, Regiment does not believe in diets. Diet is process that has a start date and a finish date. It usually requires great nutritional sacrifices in order to achieve weigh loss.

Regiment is a sustainable life style. There is no start date or finish date. Even after you had stopped Regiment meal plans you can continue to make your food as healthy as we do. That’s because you will know that you can eat everything (whole foods) and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Throughout our meals and communication, we try to change the boundaries of commercial understanding what food really is.

DO YOU HAVE A MENU FOR VEGETARIANS?

Regiment has 3 standard menus + one custom made.

  1. Regular menu that includes all food groups is set up in a way that there is one meat option, one fish option and one vegan option for every lunch and every dinner, every day.
  2. Clean menu – is basically regular menu stripped of dairy and wheat. This is the one we recommend to people who train a lot and to our personal trainers when preparing for competitions.
  3. Vegan menu – 3 options for every meal, completely vegan.

Our approach to new clients is very individual. Once we have met with you, we will determine whether or not we need to modify any of the above menus to fit your needs. For example, you might be vegan but eat eggs. No problem, we will let you select your dishes from vegan menu and regular menu too.

WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ABOUT CALORIES?

This is the most common question. Our response is very simple – Don’t count your calories, count your nutrients! It is essentially important where calories come from.

Our packages are tailored in calories counts only for the purpose of a food measurement. 1500 calories package is less food than 2000 calorie package.

WHAT IF I SIGN UP AND THEN CHANGE MY MIND ?

We hope that doesn’t happen, but if it does, all you need to do is give us a call or send us and email with one day notice and we will stop the service and refund your money.

CAN I PAUSE MY MONTHLY PLAN AND RESUME AFTER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME?

Yes you can. Please give us a 48 hr notice and we will pause it for you. Another 48 hr notice is required to resume.

WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER?

Delivery time is entirely up to you. Generally we deliver food either in the morning (before work) or in the evening for the next day. Once the delivery time has been confirmed we like to stick to it and not change it.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME AT DELIVERY TIME?

First, our driver will give you a call to see how far away you are. If he is unable to wait for you he will suggest to leave the bag at the reception of your building. We do not leave the bags at the doorstep!

If this becomes a routine we will kindly ask you to reconsider the delivery time.

WHAT CAN I EAT ON MY CHEAT DAY?

We will always advise you to eat what you consider a healthy whole food meal. Whether you make it yourself or dine out, please do your best to intake enough nutritive food and plenty of water.

WHICH SPORTS / ACTIVITIES CAN YOU HELP ME GET INVOLVED IN?

As for now, we work with an numerous personal trainers who can come to your gym or meet you at theirs. We can also align you with a yoga centre, a pilates centre, a tennis academy and a dance academy.

Our suggestion on your choice of activity will depend on what it is that you enjoy doing and are trying to achieve.
